Should we be worried?

Is a nuclear war survivable? Yes. Well, as long as you weren’t in the direct blast zone. And as long as all the nukes aren’t creating some global nuclear winter nightmare. But the fallout from a blast? Very survivable as long as you know what to do. That’s what I cover in this video using my usual combination of facts and framing. Here’s some context on the situation:

The highest America ever raised its nuclear war rating system was Defcon 2. The year was 1962 and the Soviet Union was attempting to place ICBMs in Cuba (just minutes from the U.S. coastline by missile). President John F. Kennedy responded with a blockade around the island, and we came that close to an all-out (nuclear) war.

Many “trusted advisors” called for a war back then. Luckily, our young president knew war would have been madness, and he backed us off the cliff.

My how things seem to have changed.

JFK is not here, and it’s not a blockade with ships and sailors. Instead, for a nation that has little strategic value to us (unlike missiles in Cuba), our president decided to spike the entire Russian economy by banning its profitable energy business. Combined with the actions of banks, corporations and other nations, Biden’s economic blockade is not of a small puppet island, but of Russia itself. Whether you agree with the decision or not, I have no doubt that President Biden’s decision is destined to send Russia to economic lows that nation hasn’t experienced in decades.

What happens when Vladimir Putin decides to respond is anyone’s guess. He’s made it clear to everyone, Russia is a nuclear power and he’s not afraid to use his missiles. Nuclear war in 2022 is just as mad as 1962, yet we seem hellbent on poking the bear and possibly starting a war no one should want.

So, while Biden has yet to change the Defcon levels, prudent people need to ask: Are we at Defcon 2 again? And what can we do about it?

The reality is there is a lot we can do.

Chris, you may want to know that I started watching your video and it made me feel… well, a little dizzy. It was peculiar to listen to a video about radiation while experiencing the sort of dizzy symptoms you always hear that getting irradiated gives you. I had to stop because it was getting uncomfortable.
I was a fan of your coronavirus videos till the alpha variant started in the UK, and you said it was probably over-testing and then you seemed to switch to the “other side”, compared with Dr Campbell. I live in the UK.
I do appreciate that a bunch of your subscribers have special skills and you want to cater to them. I’m just telling you what it looks like from my perspective.
By the way, yesterday I got a visit from a friend of mine that used to work in lasers.

My notes on radiation countermeasures:
A teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) along with the few drops of fresh lemon juice acts as an antacid and could potentially provide instant relief from the effects of radiation. (By the way, this same recipe works for dispelling painful wind in case of indigestion and flatulence.)
After bombing of Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Dr. Tatsuichiro Akizuki, M.D., who was the Director of the Department of Internal Medicine at the time of the bombing, at a hospital one mile from the bombing site, fed his staff and patients a strict diet of brown rice, miso and tamari soy soup, wakame, kombu and other seaweeds, while prohibiting the consumption of sugar and sweets, which of course suppress the immune system.
With this sea vegetable rich diet, he saved everyone in his hospital, while many other survivors perished from the radiation sickness.
Cannabis for Radioactivity Mitigation:

Healing Foods when exposed to radiation:
Seaweeds: Kelp, Dulse (not from the Pacific Ocean)
Miso Paste (made prior to 3/2011)
Sunflower Seeds: grind up, add to everything, eat sunflower seed butter. “sunflower seed pectin offers a great protection against deposition of strontium 90 in the bones. They have the effect of expelling radioactivity from the system.”
Sea salt baths and baking soda baths are also helpful.

For Cesium-137 and Strontium: (Brought to You by Tepco of Fukushima Infamy)
-Atomidine
-Potassium (bananas)
-Calcium
-Magnesium
-DMSO (used how exactly?)
-Zeolite clay - take internally; line your walls and floors with it to absorb radioactive strontium and cesium-137 and prevent toxicity to you BUT ZEOLITE CONTAINS MUCH ALUMINUM. AVOID CONSUMPTION.
-Kaolin, Red Clay, Bentonite, Fuller’s Earth, Montmorillonite. French Green Clay is another absorptive clay shown to possess the ability to rid radiation, toxic metals and chemical residues from the human body. Add the clay to chocolate bars (or chocolate BROWNIES) to help remove radioactive waste from your system. BUT BENTONITE CLAY CONTAINS MUCH ALUMINUM. UP TO 65% ALUMINUM. "LL’s Magnetic Clay Baths has a superior Environmental Detox Bath, composed of bentonite clay with less than .5% aluminum content "-- use this Bentonite Clay.
-Activated charcoal: 10 grams of charcoal can neutralize up to 7 grams of toxic material
-Papain from papaya fruit
-Bee Pollen
-Beets - rebuilds hemoglobin damaged by Cesium-137
-Cold-pressed Organic Vegetable oils (sesame, coconut, extra virgin olive) help pull radiation out.
-Organic Brewers Yeast. Aids in repair after exposure, protection, and in prevention. 25-50 mg/day; if exposed, triple it.
-Organic Germanium-132. 100 mg/day.

13 Natural Remedies For Radiation Exposure
Radiation Exposure
-Eating lots of orange and dark green foods (sweet potatoes, winter squash, beets, carrots, kale, collards, chard, and spinach, for example) can protect you from radiation-induced cancers.
-Envision yourself and all your cells protected from damage.
-All CABBAGE family plants - including arugula, turnips, radishes, cauliflower, mustard greens, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, broccoli d’rappe, kale, collards, and of course broccoli - protect your cells from the damaging effects of radiation. KIMCHI
-Choose an image, an icon, something meaningful to you, as a focusing agent. Put your affirmations, blessings, prayers, visualizations, and healing love into it, for easy access when you need help.
-MISO broth is the classic food for prevention of radiation damage. There’s twice the protection if a quarter-ounce/5 grams of dried kelp seaweed is added to the soup.
-SEAWEED was able to neutralize radioactive isotopes in the human body. Researchers at McGill University say radioactive strontium binds to the algin in brown seaweeds to create sodium alginate, a compound easily and harmlessly excreted
-Common black TEA exhibited the same anti-radiation effects as seaweed
-both black and green tea showed “radioprotective effects” whether taken before or after exposure to radiation. Among other modes of operation, tea catechins absorb radioactive isotopes and remove them from the body before they do damage. The action is similar he says, to that of sodium alginate (the “active ingredient” in kelp seaweed).
-Eating any amount of REISHII (a mushroom) reduces damage from radiation.
-St. Joan’s/John’s wort oil protects my skin from radiation damage. I use it as my only sunscreen (and I am outside a lot) and find it not only immediately effective in preventing and treating sunburn, but even more protective with continuing use over years.
-BURDOCK ROOT (Arctium lappa) removes radioactive isotopes from the body. A dose is 1-4 ounces/300-120 grams of cooked fresh root, up to a pint of infusion daily, or several large spoonfuls of vinegar (but only if made with fresh roots).
-DRIED BEANS, especially LENTILS can reverse DNA damage done by radiation. So can RED CLOVER (Trifolium pratense) and ASTRAGALUS (Astragalus membranaceous) - two powerful members of the legume (bean) family.

  • Homeopathic remedies can be taken before and after exposure to radiation: Plumbum (lead) is said to help those who feel overwhelmed and in need of protection. Belladonna is used to prevent and relieve radiation burns and pains - even long after the immediate exposure.
  • Selenium protects DNA from radiation damage and helps prevent damage to the skin surface, too. Get plenty of selenium by eating a daily dose of 2 cups/500 ml of nettle infusion, one-half ounce/15 g kelp, 2 ounces/60 g cooked burdock root, or 1 cup/250 ml organic yogurt daily. Shellfish, green and black teas, and garlic contain significant amounts of selenium, as do many mushrooms. The best sources however are nettles (2200 mcg per 100 grams), kelp (1700 mcg/100 g), burdock (1400 mcg/100 g), catnip (Nepeta cataria), ginseng, Siberian ginseng, and astragalus.
  • In clinical trial with humans, those who took ginseng extract (Panax quinquefolium) for thirty days following exposure to radiation showed hastened recovery from injuries to their bone marrow, organs, skin, and blood cells according to Paul Bergner in The Healing Power of Ginseng, The Enlightened Person’s Guide, Prima, 1996. He quotes Japanese researcher Dr M. Yonezawa as saying that “ginseng appears to be the most useful agent available for protection against radiation damage.”
  • It’s important to keep yourself well nourished if you are exposed to radiation. Make it a habit to drink at least two big cups of nourishing herbal infusion daily. Nettles, red clover, and violet leaves supply generous amounts of the nutrients you need most: protein and minerals, especially potassium and zinc.
  • For best results, do not use capsules of the herbs mentioned in this article. Instead, cook with them (kelp, astragalus, Siberian ginseng, ginseng, reishii, and burdock), brew nourishing herbal infusions with them (nettles, red clover, astragalus, burdock, catnip, and ginseng), make mineral-rich vinegars with them (nettles, burdock, catnip, ginseng, and astragalus), or take a high-quality non-standardized tincture of them (burdock, ginseng, Siberian ginseng, astragalus).
To make a nourishing herbal infusion:
~ Put one ounce of dried herb into a quart jar; fill jar to the top with boiling water and cap tightly.
~ Strain after 4-8 hours and drink hot or cold.
~ Refrigerate what you don’t drink right away; drink that within a day.
    To make a vinegar:
~ Fill any size jar with fresh herb (best!!) or one quarter full of dried herb (not nearly so good).
~ Pour room temperature apple cider vinegar over the herb, filling jar to the top.
~ Cover with plastic wrap or a cork.
~ Label with date and name of plant.
~ Let sit for six weeks.
~ Decant into a pretty bottle and use to season soups, beans, and salads.

Caesium-137 is highly dangerous and has a biological half life of 70 days, it’s environmental half-life is much longer at 30 years. It is spread somewhat evenly throughout the body. Ingestion can be treated with “Prussian Blue” (the pigment, not the band)
sulfur can protect and repair the damage of radiation exposure (and the irresponsibility of tuberculosis).
now ME talking: sulfur in garlic and in onions.
Eating garlic takes mercury out of you: “Mercury can also be bound to sulfhydryl groups in garlic”

If you eat the following foods RAW, they prevent iodine uptake by the thyroid gland, Be Careful to Cook These Foods, or else Just Don’t Eat Them. (sounds garbled; I would cook the foods mentioned here except for peanuts, pine nuts, pears, peaches)

  • Broccoli, Chinese broccoli, Bok Choy, Bamboo shoots
  • Cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, Cabbage,
  • Kale, Collard greens, Mustard greens, Spinach
  • Pears, Peaches
  • Peanuts, Pine nuts
  • Sweet Potatoes, Turnips
  • Radishes, Rutabagas
  • Soy anything

if you MUST have a CT scan please do this: Find a hospital that has the newer 64 slice CT and have the doctor write the orders to state “64 slice machine only”. Many hospitals & treatment centers have old machines 4, 8, 16, 32 slice; often in need of servicing. The newer machines give up to 16x better resolution with one fourth the radiation and no need for contrast dye [gadolinium is over used & can cause kidney failure]. The cost is often LOWER as well.
As to the new Body Scanners at the airport; these are “backscatter” technology that has been found to unzip double stranded DNA creating bubbles that could significantly interfere with gene expression and DNA replication.[see Technology Review 11/1/09 @ http://preventdisease.com ] That said the recent discovery that thousands of images HAVE been saved at court houses, images are MUCH more detailed than advertised [CNN], and you have a non medical professional operating a new radiation technology with the option to dial up the resolution for a better view , very limited testing for SAFE OR EFFECTIVE results, and lack of accurate informed consent; I will object every time. Since we have govt [your taxes] installing 1100 of these by the end of next year (2010) @ 150K ea [compared to current scanners at 10K], I have to wonder who is profiting from this? Do you really think this is about safety?

Best Natural Iodine Sources

  • Chlorella, Bladderwrack, sea vegetables, Kelp, Dulse
  • blueberries, bananas, prunes, watermelon
  • asparagus, garlic, onions, eggplant, oats
  • papayas, pineapples, mangoes
  • eggs, liver, raw goat milk, yogurt, salmon
  • green peppers, Cilantro, Swiss chard, 14 Organic Greens, tomatoes, watermelon

In the entire table of elements, including subatomic particles, there is only one mineral that is capable of accepting and ionizing radiation that never changes the innards or the nucleus of the cell, and that element is Boron.
“The Russians used boron carbide during the Chernobyl nuclear power plant meltdown. It is routinely used at nuclear power plants to reduce pipe corrosion and as a safety element because it will absorb extra radiation.” The protons and the neutrons do not change under any conditions in the boron molecule. Boron can take radiation and release it without upsetting this very delicate balance.
Many people have simply taken the laundry detergent Borax. It is considered safe and has been used for decades. It is suggested that adults take 4-10 mg daily. Boron is also found in beans, tomatoes, peanut butter, olives, nuts, grapes and apples.

    HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES FOR RADIATION:
    Ginseng 6x, 30x, 200x
    Ruta graveolens 30x and 200x
Apis mellifica 7c or 9c for skin damage
N-4 Radiation Antitox, produced by Apex Energetics is said to protect against ionizing radiation (radioactivity)
RADIUM BROMATUM (radium bromide) 30c or 12c
URANIUM NITRICUM (nitrate of uranium) for uranium exposure
PLUTONIUM NITRICUM lacks information, but should theoretically help with plutonium exposure. One or more of the Japanese plants is a MOX or Mixed Oxides of Plutonium plant. Plutonium is the deadliest substance on the planet since 1 molecule of Plutonium in your body guarantees the development of cancer, according to radiation medicine experts.
ANACARDIUM is said to be useful to eliminate the side effects of radiation poisoning
PHOSPHORUS may alleviate the symptoms of post radiation exposure as well.

You’ll survive out where you are, Chris, but living 10 miles from Pave Paws, one of two U.S over-the-horizon radars that will catch the first hypersonic missile, I have no fear, I’m gonein a flash.
Wish I hadn’t bought those two geiger counters…

I watched both videos. How are you going to cover your garden or crops when the blast strikes and you are running to seek cover or shelter?

I thought this group would enjoy the following headline from Medium:

I am centered between two of the puget sounds naval bases in WA. I have little fear of surviving if the bombs fall there.
Fortunately, nukes are really just to wipe out and demoralize a population. Conventional weapons are more useful against naval forces. So much of the puget sound population centers are going to be blackened ruins and the worst I have to worry about may be obliterated supply chains and hordes of refugees seeking shelter and supplies.
One question I have though is the survivability of canned foods. While alpha and beta radiation is probably well avoided, will gamma radiation contaminate that food if exposed?
Additionally, how effective is plain ol dirt from preventing exposure? If I hide behind a berm for 24 hours am I reasonably protected?
Given how much on its heels the US government seems to be regarding Ukraine (with the SWIFT system limitations ineffective, the sanctions ineffective, the propaganda war falling apart, and the Russian military having its way with Ukranian forces, as well as the destruction of the Dems investments and discovery and Nuland acknowledging the existence of Geneva Convention violating bio-labs in Ukraine) my fear is not that the Russians or Chinese will try to nuke us, but rather that in a desperate last act the US oligarchs launch the first strike and create a global backlash that puts all Westerners in the crosshairs.
The fortunate thing is I don’t see any military moves to push this to its inevitable conclusion. Democrats and RINO’s are frantically trying to find someone, ANYONE who will do their dirty work for them, offering lucrative contracts to mercenaries, offering to finance foreign militaries and even vehemently trying to steer the narrative their way unsuccessfully.
With covid it took 6 months for conspiracy to become truth. The vax 3 months, for Ukraine, 7 days. I think people are waking up now and having exactly none of this fucking bullshit from the effetes.

Very thorough. You’ve put a lot of thought into gathering this information before it seems. Got room in your bunker for one more?

I worked after school at a grocery store in Houston, Texas during the Cuban missile crisis. The store shelves were cleaned out and people were pretty free with their money. I made tips like money was going out of style and people were generous. After the war was averted, our store was dead for at least a week.

My Japanese teacher back in 1988 told me that she was born in Hiroshima after the war and that her parents were in Hiroshima city during the blast. She explained that there is a small hill in Hiroshima and that they survived because they were on the other side of that hill and did not get the original radiation pulse. I have heard that being behind a concrete wall can make all the difference.

My brain just won’t go there. As much as I can contemplate all kinds of disasters, including those with high mortality rates, my brain can’t process a nuclear attack. Apparently there is a psychological line in the sand beyond which some of us can’t go…and this is mine.

Thanks for this helpful but depressing info … But non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation is Not safe just because it’s non ionizing. (Of course it’s completely different in ability to do severe damage in an instant, and I’m NOT comparing wifi / laptop / cell phone / antenna / smart meter / radiation to nuclear.)
But … there’s a huge misconception that being surrounded by pulsed, modulated microwave radiation is no big deal - and that rests on the gaslighting from industry and media (and captured regulators unqualified and uninterested in protecting our health), that as long as it doesn’t cause heat, it’s harmless.
Very similar to how pharma captures regulators, gaslights injured, and sponsors science. Here is just one link about industry influence in science. Much more info I could share on this and hope to soon.
(Again, I’m not comparing this to nuclear fallout. Just saying the non ionizing part of the spectrum is not harmless. Especially not when we’re swimming in cumulative electromagnetic radiation from multiple sources.)

More censorship
“Ukraine on Fire is a 2016 documentary that dives into the longstanding conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, including examining the U.S.'s involvement.
YouTube recently moved to remove Ukraine on Fire. The sudden censorship of this documentary, long after its initial release and in the midst of new developments in this conflict, clearly shows mainstream media’s loyalty to special interests seeking to control the narrative about Russia and Ukraine.”
Medium picked it up.

Make sure you have a good waterfilter because in the end ALL water will be contaminated. Also tapwater.
